Here is what happened when we ordered 1000 small plastic gears. We recommend that you check the contract details carefully in advance when doing business with this supplier to minimize damage as much as possible. Of course, we will never do business with this supplier again.
1. They did not proceed without our urging.
2. 1000 pcs were delivered on May 19,2024. The center hole diameter should be Min.2.03 - Max.2.07. At all of 1000pcs, actual measurement is out of this agreement, 1.00mm to 1.90mm. And as attached photo, the burrs are also terrible.
3. We let them know all 1000 pcs were defective, we received an unbelievable response.
[If you pay an additional $570, we will deliver an additional 1000 more, total 2000 pcs. There is no other way. This time, our engineer will do it more strict.]
4. They said they would not refund the cost of mold. We spent a lot of time and work for refund, and finally after 3 months, we received a refund of about 20% of the total amount we paid.

About buyer's questions, here is our real & honest response.
1. Because of the special material, we have been keeping doing tests, testing again and again, which takes us a lot of time and cost, but the final test result is not satisfactory
2. The buyer's tolerance for the product is ±0.02mm, which is very cruel for plastic material by injection molding, we tried to let buyer mail the gauge, however buyer didn't provide the gauge. We want to reproduce according to buyer's gauge but were refused by buyer.
3. Raw material cost and production cost for 1000pcs small gears is very high. In order to minimize the lost, we are trying to communicate with the buyer to order 2000pcs, but we did not force the buyer to do it. And we agree to re-produce 1000pcs new gears after receiving the returned gears. But buyer did not agree, because buyer changed the material.
4. About mold fee terms, we have stated clearly at our quotation and Alibaba order, we did not cheat buyer.
